Every new school pays a one-time ₱10,000 setup fee. This covers full onboarding — we configure the system for your school, migrate your existing student data, train your admin staff, and make sure everything runs before you go live. No DIY. We do it for you.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and are non-refundable after 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and credit/debit card. We invoice monthly or annually depending on your plan.
What happens if our enrollment grows past our plan limit?
We'll reach out before you hit the limit and upgrade you to the next plan. You'll never lose access or have your data locked — we handle the transition smoothly.
Is EduCore PH compliant with DepEd requirements?
Yes. Report cards follow DepEd-prescribed formats (K-12 curriculum). SF forms (SF1–SF10) are supported. We stay updated with DepEd policy changes.
Can parents and students access the system?
Yes — all plans include a parent portal where parents can view grades, attendance, announcements, and pay fees via GCash.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are live within 5–7 business days after paying the setup fee. We handle configuration, data import, and training — you just show up for the training sessions.
